    We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Oldsmar, FL.   Pinnacle Home Care is a full service Medicare Certified and Florida Licensed Home Health Company locally owned and operated by home health professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional, quality care to the communities that we serve.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and hire a pipeline of candidates through social media, networking, industry associations, conferences, and schools
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/journals/colleges, etc.
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills

    • Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management
    • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
    • Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare client
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Knowledge and use of applicant tracking system
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
    • Ability to understand and analyze people
    • Well organized, detail oriented and confident personality
